READYSET

We make your people ready for the new way of working.

For organizations rolling out a new system, process, technology, or platform — before it lands on the people who have to use it.

ONE PROMISE

On the day the new system, process, or way of working starts, your people can do their jobs in it — each one verified by a practical check, not a quiz, and named in a readiness report you can hand to your steering committee before go-live. Anyone who isn't ready, we retrain at our cost.

THE PROBLEM WE SOLVE: an organization spends months and a great deal of money on a new platform, then trains people in the last two weeks — a class, a slide deck, a quiz. On day one the old habits come back, the new system is half-used, and the failure is filed under “adoption.” Training companies are paid for seats delivered. Nobody is paid on whether people can actually do the work the new way.

HOW WE DELIVER IT

1

The Readiness Check

Two weeks. Who has to work differently on day one, what exactly they must be able to do, and how far they are from it today, with a verdict, including “your people are closer than you think.”

2

The Curriculum

Built for this change, this organization, these roles, by people who have run the implementation from inside. Tasks, not topics.

3

The Training

Delivery in the classroom, live online, or in AR/VR, whichever fits the task, ending in the practical check and the named readiness report. Anyone who doesn't pass is retrained at our cost until they do.

4

New Hires and Changes

After go-live the workforce keeps changing: people join who never saw the training, the system is updated, procedures move. We train the new arrivals, refresh the changed parts, and report whether the new way of working is still followed. Not retraining what we delivered, anyone we trained who isn't ready is retrained at our cost under step 3.

Training people remember. Nobody retains a slide deck. Our training is interactive from the first minute: learners do the task, not watch it — in the classroom, live online, or in AR/VR, where a procedure is practised in a simulation of the real environment before it is ever done for real. Quizzes run throughout, not at the end, and an AI tutor tests each learner's knowledge as they go, finds the gaps, and drills them until they close. The practical check at the end is the same in every mode.

The readiness report. Before the change, we agree with you what each role must be able to do on day one — tasks, not topics. At the end of the preparation, every learner performs them. You receive a report with names: who is ready, who isn't, and what we are doing about it at our cost. You hold it before go-live, not after — which is when it can still change the outcome.

“Ready isn't a feeling. It's a report with names on it.”
